Ideal product to be mixed to the washing water at a temperature of 50°-60°C, in presence of hard water, to remove any possible encrustation and tar residues from dish-washing machi- nes, chafing-dishes, and kitchen tools in general. Periodically used, prevents clogs and makes the worm pipe coil thermal exchange easy. Maintains filters and nozzles cleaned.
